so looking at another eg Wangen (Parafacialia) 1.5 – bis 1.75 mals so breit wie das 3. Fühlerglied = Parafacialia 1.5 to 1.75 times as broad as the 3rd antennal segment (postpedicel)

Must be "...des 3. + [Name]." which means "of the 3rd [name]" ; the point after a number is the mark of ordinal numbers in German !
