Anthomyiidae_Hylemya nigrimana (male) is the correct name? Slovak Republic, Malá Fatra, approximately altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards. Fote date: 02. 06. 2024.

On this line is Phaonia fuscata(male) it could be this fly.
