Exactly in the same place, two days later, as this male (https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=117278 ) a female Cheilosia fasciata (Portevinia has reddish antennae and would be later)?

The image is quite blurry, but C. fasciata female seems to be correct - the male, location and date second that!

Yes, I'm not a very good photographer! (That's why I only use a smartphone; I'm a lost cause.) I was wondering what plants she was foraging on? There are a lot of Ficaria around here... |
