a friend of mine that is an expert on servers, told me that the reason could be due the overload packets, but only he can be sure if he could see those packets logs, he can diagnose..

b-one has unlimited transfer - so all traffic are free/included. So to day 1.25 EUR/month should be enough. Next year maybe 2.60 EUR/month, because of more photos in forum and the Gallery. My HP is 3

Paul, How much disk space do you have to buy (for all the photos)? Presumably you don't need vast amounts of bandwidth?
