Dear Meja,

I don?t see any difference between the pictures. I think it is all Parasyrphus cf. lineolus.

Hello,
I think Maja is right. At least there is some differences, those separating the two species :
front tarsus yellow with only segments 4 and 5 black + hind tibia pale basaly and apicaly for P. vittiger, front tarsus entirely and hind tibia almost entirely black for P. lineolus.

Hello
I think in nature the differnence is easier visible: P. vittiger is a dark little animal and as van Veen describes it stouter than P. lineolus.

Thank you very much for helping!
With regards Maja

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
