Bandung, Indonesia. Alongside paddy fields and stream. 2012.

At first I thought this was a wasp, but the antennae and haltera fixed that.

Can anyone help me with an identification please.

Thanks very much Eric.

Difficult to take the search any further with no species pics to be found.

With the long antennae I am inclined towards Ceriana or something closely related...

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
