I would bet it is a Sphecidae, because of the relatively large head, but can't guess the genus Joaquim Gaspar Lisboa |

The only species I konw of the Philanthus genus is Philanthus triangulum (the European beewolf). But the size doesn't match because that is not a small wasp (about 15mm). I agree the head is similar though. Joaquim Gaspar |
