Hi, never seen before, a diptera, a fly, and with its look through wings clearly to see a long and small waist. I know this only from wasp and some bees. Also nice the 3 white doted spots and the rainbow parts on its thorax. Who might help me to ID? Thank you very much.
Only 1 picture before the fly went away in Germany, Baden-Württemberg, region Heilbronn, near a small river on a Rubus flower, today Oct. 5th. 2015

a bit larger head and thorax detail, length all over about 10mm(?), and only 2 not 3 white doted spots.

Hi ruud thanks for your fast ID. Like to have higher resolution for the gallery? Can you say if its a male or female?

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
