Does anyone have any information regarding the eggs and oviposition in Astomella hispaniae? A few days ago I collected a female and she started ovipositing. The eggs are very interesting and have a membrane around them that is very fragile and breaks relatively easy when touched. I made a small (and very shaky...) video of the oviposition. Does the membrane enable the egg to disperse more easily?
