Hi,
is it possible to determnate species (or genus) form this picture? Unfortunately, I have only pictures from this angle.
Slovakia, Carpathians, near Banska Bystrica, 1 June 2014, forest edge

Neoitamus cyanurus is probably right (mainly because of black topside metatarsi. We can't exclude N. socius
