Dark hairy muscid

I found this 8-10 mm fly today in a small piece of wooded area adjacent to the river Linge at Leerdam, Netherlands. I think it must be Muscidae. It looks quite dark, except for the tibia, which are brownish / orange. Wing venation looks quite dark. Could anyone say something about it?

Thanks, Nikita. Polietes, are you sure? I am familiar with both Polietes lardarius and meridionalis. But perhaps this lady is so old I don't recognise her anymore Shock
