This insect was found in my conservatory during the early evening last year on the 5th May at my home in Tilehurst, Berkshire, UK. At first I thought it was some sort of digger wasp, but it has since been pointed out to me that due to the huge number of antennal segments, it must be some sort of ichneumonid. Has anyone any ideas? Regards, Tony. Tony Towner attached the following image: [145.25Kb] |
