Photographed today at Leerdam, Netherlands. I really have no idea. It looks a bit mosquito-like. Unfortunately I only got one pic. Could anyone say anything about it? Thank you in advance! Today I was able to take some better pictures of this Sylvicola. Could it be S. fenestralis?
