Likely a freshly emerged specimen of the fuscatus group in which the markings still mostly need to develop.

Yes, this sounds very likely! In fact, I found her among rotting leaves - under the leaves, so probably freshly hedged. Thank you so very much! May I also ask you for some personal advice, please. I have several posts/threads here without answers for weeks, even months. I fully understand the concept of such fora, you specialists do all that in your spare time and there is no "right for answers" anyway. However, threads might have been overlooked in their time and now have wandered so much down the list that nobody sees them any longer. So, what is the etiquette - can I re-post them to bring them up to the top of the list, or would that be regarded as impolite? Kindest regards, Jörg

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
