Different species. The first could be Lotophila atra (I will see if I can make this more certain), the second I expect is a species of Leptocera s.l.

According to Dr. Rohacek, the first fly: "Crumomyia ? fimetaria (Meigen, 1830), male. This is a woodland species often found on decayed fungi. Although I cannot see all necessary features, the identification is probably correct". the second one: "Spelobia (Spelobia) sp., female.
