I can't come to some genus. Non Suillia.
Moscow, park, 22 apr (no green grass or flowers yet), on tree bark, 4-5mm.

Look like male of Neoleria species !.

1. This male is from copuleted pair. Female is also collected.
2. Same date - one more Heleomyzidae. I hope it wouldn't take too much of your time. I need only confirmation whether Suillia is affinis.
