The Empis looks like E. (Xanthempis) trigramma male. The prey looks like Beris cf fuscipes.

Thank you, Gabor. Empis (Xanthempis) trigramma is known in Lithuania, but Beris fuscipes would be a new species. How about Beris chalybata - could we have this species here? |

Beris is a difficult genus. The necessary detail (hindleg, color of haris on the abdomen and face) are not visible on your photo. B. chalybata in Hungary has black legs, but in other parts of Europe it may have yellowish parts on the leg as well.

B. fuscipes should have a swollen third antennal segment. That does not appear to be the case and then chalybata is the most likely candidate.
