Looks like a Eulophidae. Resembles Sigmophora brevicornis in general appearance, perhaps a congener or near it. Compare this: https://serigaya....a03_w.html

This looks indeed quite like it, I only believe the black abdomen is not present in my picture. However, more detail characteristics are simply lacking in my images. At least it is part of Eulophidae, where I also found a look-a-like in the Cirrospilus genus; C. lyncus (https://waarneming.nl/observation/223124757/).
