Muscidae or Anthomyiidae. This reminds me of some North American Hylemya. I don't remember if there are any species currently assigned to that genus in South America.

More clear like on modified photo. My guess: genus Coenosopsia Malloch, 1924. It has long plumose arista and partly yellow abdomen. Thank you both! I have neither the literature nor the specialized knowledge to properly understand that literature, but I trust you on this. These IDed photos do help me to form general pictures of what the various families (and maybe genera, in the future) look like. Now filed as Anthomyiidae cf. Coenosopsia.
