 Hi all, I have a Hydrellia? from Montserrat I believe. Can anyone confirm and or go any further?
Thanks in advance! Eyes with short dense hairs, arista pectinate w/ rays above

 Not Hydrellia - more likely a Philygria. It would help to know which Montserrat - Spain or Caribbean?
