At least, i'm sure that this is Tephritoidea.  I guess Gaimari will tell us the secret of this fly. |

Subcosta is bent forward at a straight angle. Might be Tephritidae.

yep. Nikita is right. This is almost sure a Pyrgotidae. It seems a Pyrgota sp. |
