Found this one in the bathroom (Vienna). I found one recent publication stating that only 3 species occur in Austria, but I don't have the species list and also don't know whether these numbers are accurate. So, getting to genus level would be a good start, is this possible? Size about 3,5 mm.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Edited by Carnifex on 26-11-2020 23:47 Cheers, Lorin Font Color All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated. My Diptera observations (and other living forms) can be found here, and corrections or comments over there would also be appreciated. |

Hi Lorin, I've tried to find a matching genus/species and the closest for me is Bethylus dendrophilus (4 mm, black, antenna & legs partly yellow, ocelli in isoceles triangle): http://aramel.fre...r-34.shtml Greetings, Eric |
