Sochi, mid-nov, same fast river stones, but inside forest.
More than previos (5-6mm) and less thin.

This is one of the Clinocerinae, family Empididae. They are aquatic dance flies.

Thank you Paul and Kahis.
P.S. Jere, I formulated your specialisation as " around aquatic Brachycera excluding Hilara". Now I have to change it as " including Empididae too"Smile.
P.P.S. Should I understand your silence about Horse-faced Empidida(http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=973), that it is neither Hilara nor Clinocera?

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
