Hi,
Yesterday I saw this tiny Ephydrid in an wood, crawling on cut logs. Somehow it did not match the taxa with strongly patterned wings that have been known to me yet (Limnellia, Philygria), but there might be more species in Germany, and I have no key. Ilythea might also be possible... So I need help - thanks!

Hairy face and mouthedge indicates Ephydrinae, costal cell has spots and costa extends to M, so must be Limnellia. Tarsi and haltere are pale, so fallax is the most likely species.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
