I got to pagana, but it's an old key and have many inconsistencies.
Eyes bare, face mostly bare, legs with red, arista bare/almost bare (hard to say, but nothing notable seen), jugae in longer white hairs, third antennal segment reddish-brown with black on top, but on the gallery pagana has longer hairs than the key illustration so I believe that's the ok length, it also has black seta on scutellum, it that a right species?
