Hello
Caught in NE of France (57920 Distroff), the 25/03/2018, lenght body 4 to 5 mm, wings 4 mm, I think it's a species of Muscidae family perhaps a Phaonia species ?

The lateral view shows that the anal vein extends to the wing margin, so I'd say this was Anthomyiidae
