Ceratopogonidae larvae, very tiny about 1 mm length living amid Oscillatoria in brackish water/ Alentejo-Portugal

Terminal end of larva with very long process and short retractile hooked gills
Doubble eye-spots

Ceratopogonidae, but nothing more I can tell. Difficult family (for me)
