I have no idea of the species of this little fellow
. Sorry for the lack of quality of the photos, it is a little fly (6-7mm)

this is a Paragus sp. if you have the specimen you can get the specie too. This genus is very hard to identify, mainly by the genitalia of the males.

Difficult from a picture, but my guess would be a male of Paragus flammeus from the possibilities left! Grin
