keys exist for Chalcidoidea but they are difficult to use at times.
You definitely need a specimen for examination to use the keys.
Without a specimen, a 3:1 macro lens may help you find a genus.
At least you need to be able to count the segments of the antennae.

Note: even with a microscope, you could mistake the anneli. I have done it myself. Even with a specimen and a microscope.
