I believe that this pretty fly will be a species of Cheilosia. Is it possible to determine comleatly?

oh - excuse me!

I found it on 10th of April in Austria, Salzburg Country, Pinzgau, Saalfelden in 850m. Mixed forestedge.

Not Cheilosia but female of Brachypalpus chrysites.
