Hello,

had found an undefined larva in a water filled tree cave. The larva is greenish yellow and 3.45 mm long. Is it Forcipomyia?

I don't think it is even a Diptera. I'm missing anterior and posterior spiracles. My guess would be some juvenile stage of Curculionidae, but not sure.
