Most probably a female of E. tenax. What we see clearly: the arista bears very short hairs only, i.e., it is not feathery. Also well visible is the all-dark hind tibia that is curved and bears long hairs in the middle. Less recognizable are the two vertical bands of hairs on the eyes (if this character is seen, the species is obvious). Not visible is the broad, black, shining stripe on the face. Unfortunately you did not mention the size - E. tenax is a large species.
