well, could be, but most larvae of PsychodiNAE are very difficult and require detailed study of hairs and stuff. Is it aquatic, wet soil or....?

Aquatic, found in the shower syphon and I often have Clogmia albipunctatus arround.

It is certainly not a Psychoda/Tinaeria, which are also found in siphons. So Clogmia is most likely.
