Frons is way too broad.

I disagree.

It is the female of T.l unatus and (hence) the eyes are hairy.

The small, white spots under the lowest red band on the right in the first picture are hairs.

Yes, they are!

But I thought the full eyes are not hairy!

Unless a key asks about patterns of hairs or hairs in specific locations, you should consider the eye haired if it has any conspicuous hairs. The hairs are only clearly visible in the right light (top photo) or as a haze around the eye (bottom photo).
