Tabanus bovinus/eggeri - male - western France

Hello, I caught this Tabanus in the coast of south britanny in july (reed bed). I have a doubt between eggeri and bovinus. The first criteria in the key is the shape of the facet. Here, we don't have a clear limit between small facet and large facet (but all factets are not the same size...). In sudeticus (for exemple here : https://www.flick...9593547525), the limit is clear. Pattern of abdomen seem to be more correct for eggeri, also the colour of tergites (no dark median stripe). R5 and M1 not joined. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Any suggestion ?
