Hi
in the goal of ID correctly Anthomyiidae larvae
I wish to know what are the best features to make this ID
and propose them to your kind attention

I have in my own, preserved larvae and pupae (+/- 1 cm)
here is a picture of pupa extracted from its so beautiful patterned shape

after washing the larva (they are 20 years old) with methylene blue
we can see the pattern of the future pupa seem already present on the larva skin
