Size 3.5 mm. Cought in a shady forest (Picea/P. tremula) near a brook. By general appearance and typical foreleg movements I thought it's a Sciomyzidae, but now I think it's too slender. Maybe Micropezidae?

I would say Megamerinidae. It doesn?t seem Micropezidae.

the abdomen seems to be very flattened and much more longer than usual.
But, yes, this is an amazing fly.
