I had something similar about a month ago, and was told it is "reminiscent of Kurzenkoiellus sp." Is it possible to get a more conclusive ID from this better photo? Taken in Jerusalem, Israel.

The ovipositor is not Kurzenkoiellus. This but rather a more "normal" Machimus sp.
