Denmark, island Samsø (Kattegat), near Mårup, coastal area, on a sandy way between fields, Outsidefoto: kuv, 9th of August 2014. Comparing the pictures in the Diptera Gallery I think it could be Neoitamus cyanurus or perhaps Rhadiurgus variabilis (male). Please help.
