This is the larva of a caddisfly (Trichoptera) - family Limnephilidae. Normally it would be living inside a case.

if you can show me a photo op the head in dorsal view showing the black pigment pattern on the head/frontoclypeus I may give you a species name. In this view it may look like Anabolia nervosa, but not sure. |
