I am not sure, but the fly looks like female of: Gymnopternus cupreus (Fallen, 1823) [Dolichopus] (Loew, 1857: Progr.Realsch.Meseritz 1857: 21) * =Dolichopus cupreus Fallen, 1823: Monogr.Dolich.Svec.
