Hello,

I would like to know more about the robberfly on the photo below, if possible, the genus would be enough. It was taken in Dalmatia on a dry coastal rocky habitat at the end of June. The fly was about 8 mm in length.

I would say Cerdistus cf debilis/denticulatus. Key used Engel, keyed out easy. Description fits good exept for tibiae. Engel had only one damaged male so he couldn't decribe any variety. Says it is allmost similar to denticulatus which has darker tibiae like the one in the picture.
