Lenght? I think is the male of the Neoitamus you posted.

This is not a Neoitamus species, but rather a Tolmerus species, although unsharp there is the swallowtail (a little forked tab at the hind edge of the eighth sternite) for Tolmerus atricapillus. All other characters do fit that species too.
