Asilidae_Neoitamus socius(male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 650 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 29. 05. 2014.

To me it is the hypopygium that makes it definately N socius. Note the black tuft of hair on the underside of it.
