Hi, As we are on it, an other one for you Reinoud : My second (and last) Stenopogon from Bulgaria (middle/south Bulgaria) This time sternites are black, but it's a female Perperikon (Bulgaria), 14/07/2013, about 15mm |

Stenopogon is a tricky genus. There are some keys, Engel for instance, suck it and see.

This might well be S xanthotrichus, check thorns of ovipositor.....orangebrown??? Picture of wing with close up of Costa would be welcome

Youhou, great!!! Many thanks for your help on my 2 specimens. That's nice i had the 2 species, but a pity it's not a male, would have been easier to compare |
