Small yellow fly found in garden at Ipswich, Suffolk on 17 April.
I think it may be a male Meiosimyza decempunctata. Is that correct?

No problem but, please, keep this in mind: If at all possible, refrain from cross posting in different fora at about the same time. When a thread does not receive a reply or plausible answer in one forum within a few days, then you have enough reason to post your query in another forum.
