Meiosimyza rorida?

I found this Lauxaniidae fly in a garden in the Netherlands. I wonder whether it might be Meiosimyza rorida? It has ventrally a row of small spines near the apex of femur 1 (like Trichopauxania praeusta), but no black regularly interspaced black bristles at downside of vein R2+3.
