Dioctria sp. for ID - urgent please!

I never saw a so colorful Dioctria before. Pic is taken today at Los Ojos de Pontin, in Rueda de Jalón, Saragossa, NE Spain. It's big for a Dioctria, about 15 mm lenght. It's urgent because I have it alive and if it can be identified externally, it will be released. Maybe is even not a Dioctria? Hind tarsi fits well with this genus but abdomen shape seems wrong... |

It is a Dioctria, it looks very much like our (NL) common D. rufipes but with an infected abdomen. Internal parasites?
