Hello!

This small (3-4 mm) fly rested at a tree trunk in our garden today (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Can it be determined further? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately this Medetera belongs to a difficult group which cannot be identified from photographs.

Nevertheless thanks! It's fine that I at least recognized Medetera correctly :-).
Best regards,
Jürgen
