With the aid of several photographers, some of which active here on Diptera.info, a pictorial key to the Conopidae of the Netherlands has been made. It is only available as a pdf and can be downloaded from: http://www.reposi...ent/507043
Tip: put your page display (under view) in the pdf reader in 'two page view', this displays the key as it is supposed to be.

This key has been produced in the aid of the survey carried out for several Diptera families in the Netherland: http://waarneming..._start.php

Even though the text is in Dutch it might be of interest to non-Dutch speakers as well.

Enjoy and spread the word.

Best wishes,
John
